If I have artwork, what kind of artwork can I send for printing?

Adobe Illustrator files are best (.ai), but other forms are acceptable right off the bat (.eps and .pdf). Make sure to include any Pantone/PMS Colors, style or brand guides and fonts.

Our team is more than happy to communicate directly with your designers as well and get everything you need taken care of easily and quickly.

What if I don’t have artwork?

Don’t worry. Send us what you have in any format. Our professional art team will work with what you have, to create exactly what you need without breaking the bank. We offer Logo Design Services, Vectorization Services, and Creative Design for any project you may need.

Why vector artwork?

The vector file usually has a file extension ending in .ai or .eps, or .pdf. Our team will work with you to get the best file to print the clearest logo on your products. We will assist you and go the extra mile to ensure your brand shines.

Is a .jpeg or .png considered a vector file?

No. Unfortunately a vector file can not ever be a .jpeg or .png - in many cases you may have these for Social Media, Website or Email Marketing - these files cannot be manipulated without becoming pixelated, which poses problems when trying to print a logo and make the art tangible. It can be confusing because in some cases

Do you keep my art on file?

Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy! We will store your artwork free of charge for 12 months from your last order.

Where do I send my artwork?

During the online ordering process at www.cannabisswag.com there is a step in the order cycle that allow you to upload your artwork to us.

Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?

Absolutely!

Every production process is different, and every product has its own limitations but in 90% of the printing we do, a PMS color may be specified at no additional charge to be printed on your selected item. Please note, we use coated inks for all printing so you may want to invest in some amazing Pantone Matching System color books to ensure you are viewing the print ink colors in their most accurate representation.

In some cases, items will NOT allow for a PMS matching ink formula and the next closest color will be used for printing.

In some cases, items only print in black and white.
